Unit 1, our most expansive offering, spans 1300 sq. ft. over two stories and accommodates up to 7 people. It features two upstairs air-conditioned bedrooms, each flanking the staircase and equipped with private bathrooms.
The east-side bedroom houses two queen beds, while the west-side bedroom offers a king or two twin beds, along with an attached screened-in terrace. This terrace, overlooking the garden, is furnished with rocking chairs or a hammock, offering views of the Maritime Zone forest and glimpses of vibrant sunset hues.
The downstairs area, also air-conditioned, includes a twin bed in an alcove off the living area, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with futon sofas and cushioned chairs, a half bath, and a carport with direct entry. The living area opens onto a spacious northwest-facing patio, surrounded by lush landscaping and forest views.
