The apartments are cleaned by the friendly maids every day.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property is located in a quiet and relaxing area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with many shrubs, flowers and daily visits from iguanas, monkeys and squirrels in the trees.

Enjoy a swim in the pool or relax in the shade of the tropical trees growing on the property. Watch the wildlife right from your lawn chair or walk the private path to the beach to see the sun set on the ocean.

The Nosara Beach House will also help you organize tours and activities, such as surfing lessons, board rentals, guided tours to Ostional (turtle nesting site) or the Lagarta Private Nature Reserve, boat ride into the Nosara River (guided), horsebackriding in and around Nosara (from 2 hour to half a day), deep-see fishing, canopy tour, etc.
