If you like walking through parkland on a short trail to a wonderful surfing and swimming beach and then come back to the pool to relax and unwind, this is for you.

The owner and her staff go out of their way to help you find your way around the Nosara community and take advantage of activities and entertainment. But if you like to just relax and hang out, nobody will bug you.
Suites
The Nosara Beach House has four beautiful complete condos for rent within gorgeous grounds, a wonderful pool, chaises and hammocks and a very short walk to the beach.
| • | There are two 380 sq ft studios, with king size bed or twin beds, a small well equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a covered private patio. |
| • | One very private, small 2 bedroom apartment, with kitchen, bathroom and covered patio. |
| • | One very large 2 bedroom unit on two floors, with a large kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, satellite TV, a covered garden patio and an ocean view covered terrace. |
The two studio units each have there own covered patio area with table and chairs. The two bedroom units each have their own private covered and screened terrace.
All apartments are secure, quiet, well screened, comfortable and attractive. All have A/C and powerfull ceiling fans and good reading lights. The rooms are nicely decorated with ceramics and wall hangings. There are safes in every room and 24 hour/day security.
Leah Powers, the owner and manager always feels the need to get to know her clients and be sure they understand the retreat nature of the place. There's no catering service, but there's lots of nature, and the constant sound of the surf less than two minutes away via our parkland trail through the maritime zone.
