The Nosara Beach House is located in Playa Guiones, Nosara, on The Maritime Zone, 200 meters from the sand and surf. Our west side boundary is The Maritime Zone. Our place is as close to the ocean as one can legally build with a direct 200-meter trail through through the forest to the sand and surf. We’re in a quiet spot, but we’re within three blocks of almost everything there is to do and see in Playa Guiones.
